Time of Innovation award was inaugurated by Social Projects and Programs foundation with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media. The main goal of the award is to identify and motivate projects and practices promoting and implementing innovative technologies. Competitive selection was carried out in the following categories: regularity and activity, scale and efficiency, importance of innovation.
