St. Petersburg festival of street theatre in Yelagin Park

This year, the festival organizers decided to move the open air festival from June to the beginning of August. The reason for this is the White Nights in St. Petersburg that make the most spectacular street performances difficult to put on.

The rich program will include different types and forms of performances that have one thing in common: they all are shown in the open air. The park will have more than ten different sites, so that each person can find something to their taste: family plays or experimental avant-garde works, short improvisations or large-scale historical scenes.

Moreover, the forum will include musicians of different styles: ethnic music, blues, country, reggae, latina, jazz, electronic, hip hop, and rap… On one of the central sites of the festival is the Fan Zone that has a stage and 800 seats. Its goal is to support the festival atmosphere with different live music. Here, the audience will be also able to talk to the artist participants, share their views, find like-minded people and simply relax comfortably after so many experiences.
