Visitors of St. Petersburg will be able to learn about world records and incredible facts at the TITICACA exhibition
10-09-2019
TITICACA is not an ordinary exhibition. It can surprise, entertain and sometimes even shock visitors with its unique exhibits.
Visitors will see more than 70 exotic novelties. Some exhibits previously belonged to collectors, some were bought at auction, others were acquired by the creators after lengthy negotiations with archaeologists who went on long journeys to obtain them.
Guests will be offered different thematic areas. For example, they will be able to get acquainted with the ‘Big and Small’ exhibits. Among them, special attention should be paid to the tiny car, the story of the largest and tallest man in history, and the narrowest waist in the world.
The ‘Mysterious Beasts’ block shows amazing creatures. Among them, special attention should be paid to the Roswell alien, the Fiji mermaid, and a horned rabbit.
Thematic zones ‘Made in Russia’ and ‘Iconic Things of the Era’ deserve no less attention. In the first section, guests will be able to find out what achievements made our compatriots famous. They can hear the story of the iron-shod flea as well as see micro miniatures, made from pencil slate, and the tiniest origami cranes.
The zone of iconic things of the era will display the first Barbie doll, Spam canned meat, the first Macintosh, and other interesting and unique exhibits.
Visitors will be able to participate in the quest, try on the mask of shame, go through the medieval ‘lie detector’ as well as receive a memorable prize!
The exhibition is opened every day from 10 a.m. till 21 p.m.
Address: Kazanskaia Street, 7
Ticket: 300-550 RUB
