Exhibition of fashion of the last 80 years will be presented by Alexander Vasiliev

1939-2019 Fashion exhibition in "VDNKh" presented by Alexander Vasiliev will be held from the 29th of May to the 29th of September in Moscow. It shows how women's and men's fashion have transformed over the last 80 years.
This event has been prepared for the 80th anniversary of VDNKh — a place that has always been attended by numerous connoisseurs of fashion trends. It was attended by professionals from different spheres: theatre, stage and art (artists, actors, directors). The place was visited by a large number of journalists and ordinary people from all over the country, as well as from abroad. VDNKh is a part of our cultural heritage and while visiting it, everyone wore exquisite outfits.
The exhibition will present trends in different items of men's and women's clothing, created from 1939 to the present time. Special attention is given to designs from the eras of Stalin, Khrushchev, and Brezhnev, as well as to the fashion of Perestroika, the turbulent 90s and the beginning of the 21st century. You will have the chance to see a variety of accessories that contributed to the emergence of different styles, as well as photos showing images of modern fashionistas.
