Norwegian trumpet soloist Tine thing Helseth is coming to St Petersburg as part of her great tour. Uniting with her newly established jazz/tango fusion ensemble, the Tine Thing Helseth Tango Quintet, she will be playing alongside other Norwegian musicians including pianist Gunner Flagstad, bass Aksel Jensen, guitarist Jarle Storløkken and drummer Erik Joekling Kleiva. The music will be varied, from tangos by Piazzolla and Irish jigs to French cabaret songs by Kurt Weill. It promises to be an impressive and enjoyable evening.

European Jazz legend Maria Joao is coming to Russia for the first time.The Portuguese singer is known not only for her outstanding vocal abilities and improvisation skills, but also her ability to incorporate various genres of music into her work. In St. Petersburg she will perform a new program "Iridiscente" with her long-time partner - pianist Mario Laginha. The pair are exquisite together: it's definitely worth a visit.

Pianist and composer Wolfert Brederode is one of the most prominent contemporary Dutch musicians. With a wonderful gift for melody and an ability to create a unique emotional atmosphere with his music, not to mention, of course, his brilliant technique, Brederode's concert promises to leave the audience feeling a sense of freedom and lightness. He will be performing with a number of great musicians, including the Norwegian bassist Mats Eilertsen and German clarnetist Klaus Gesing.
