Alley of floating umbrellas in St. Petersburg

The alley of floating umbrellas continues the story that started in Agueda, Portugal. In this sunny corner, the floating umbrellas have already become a part of the cityscape. The urban installation Alley of Floating Umbrellas in St. Petersburg is a project of the group "People Need People".

Every year since 2015, the art object has decorated Solyanoy Lane for a month, functioning as a platform for colourful events, such as concerts, workshops, performances, runway walks, photo sessions, flashmobs, quests, and creative meetings.

The entrance to the Alley and all the events is free.
