Russian Airports were recognized as the best in Europe by the International Airports Council. The winners are Sochi airport, Pulkovo (St. Petersburg) and Sheremetyevo (Moscow).
A survey covered more than half a million passengers in 300 airports located in 80 countries, who had to choose the airports where passengers receive the best service. According to it three Russian airports became the best in Europe among the small ones (up to 2 million passengers per year). They got ahead of the air harbors of Malta, Zurich, Prague and Dublin.
The only moment which upset the passengers is a complete ban on smoking in the "sterile zone" with no smoking cabins.
