SAINT PETERSBURG HAS BEEN RECOGNIZED AS ONE OF THE MOST ROMANTIC CITIES IN THE WORLD

The Travel + Leisure, most popular and mass world’s magazine for travellers, has included St. Petersburg in the list of the most romantic cities in the world. There are 50 cities and regions on the list. As positions are not ranked, it is impossible to define a place for the Russian capital of the North. However, it is precisely known that experts have highlighted the city’s fabulous architecture and surreal beauty of its streets, squares, gardens, and parks.

Professionals in tourism believe that Saint Petersburg is particularly attractive for travellers in winter. Along with Saint Petersburg, the list contains Moroccan Fez, the second US capital New York City and US winter resort Telluride, Granada in Spain, Italian Vico Equense, Chassignolles in France, Helsinki, capital of neighbouring Finland, as well as the famous Napa Valley, and the Whidbey Island. This is far from the first international recognition of Saint Petersburg. In particular, earlier, it was called the most stylish world’s city by The Daily Express and the best European tourist destination according to the World Travel Awards.
