The Interactive Museum of entertaining science “LabirintUm” is the first interactive museum and the first museum of physics in Saint-Petersburg. It was opened in 2010 and right away became one of the most interesting and educational places for both the kids and adults. The museum is really unique because its expositions are meant for the collective experiments and researches, which attract visitors a lot. The museum is divided into theme zones: “Zone of logical tasks”, Mirror world”, “World of Physical Experiments”, “Dark room”, “Water zone”. Each of them illustrates different branches of physics laws, such as mechanics, optics, dynamics, electricity, magnetic and others. Also here you may visit different shows, which have its own theme so you can choose exactly what your child is interested in. The museum performs not only the educational function but also helps children to learn easily the school material.
